Some symptoms of high blood pressure which is usually 180/120 or higher include severe headaches, chest pains, dizziness, difficulty breathing, vomiting, nausea, blurred vision, anxiety. Some may not even feel any symptoms.  Be sure to get yourself checked out by a doctor.  (15)

Unfortunately, high blood pressure in one of those lifestyle diseases that are categorized as silent killers. Just like diabetes. Which means you didn't develop submitting until you have had high BP for a long time or your BP is VERY HIGH. Some of those symptoms include : headaches (mild or severe), dizziness, fatigue, stroke - weakening of some muscles, inability to speak, incomprehensible speech, face asymmetry. Sometimes just even headache and dizziness can also be a stroke. Therefore, if you do have high BP, it's important to diagnose it early and maintain it with treatment even if you have no symptoms.
