I had to wait about a week a couple redemptions ago. I'm not sure why - that was the only time. It was very frustrating!
I tried to claim a reward on August 29th and it is still processing and won't let me redeem another. How do I go about fixing this.

All you can do is wait, within one week. You can't redeem another one if you still have a pending one.
