What is the standard value for high blood pressure? How to lower blood pressure?

⚠️⚠️⚠️NOW the standard value for high blood pressure is 130/80!

Did you know the orginal standard value is 140/90, it is not suitable for nowadays, because many patients also develop complications of hypertension when their blood pressure falls below these values.😖

If the blood pressure reaches 130/80, "the risk of cardiac complications is twice that of a person with normal blood pressure." You have to pay attention⚠️ for this signal, to ⬇️lower the high blood pressure.

*To lower high blood pressure you have to control the diet, for example you can :

1️⃣eat the vegetable🥬🥦🥒🫑🌽 first

2️⃣eat the meat🥩🍗 in the last

 or

3️⃣you can eat banana 🍌 everyday..... These are the good way to help you lower the blood high pressure easily. 👍🏻

Wow! This was very informative. I do eat a banana a day, I wonder if that is what has helped me to maintain a healthy life. My blood pressure is usually 120/60.

#5   Thank you for the information. I'd like to suggest one more thing for preventing high blood pressure. It's about finding the strategies to relieve stress, such as exercising and having fun!
