I had $6, 000 coins and when I went to trade it in for $10 Nike card it said I couldn't get it because I had insufficient coins and then reduced my coins to just over 3,000 not happy about this at all

Are you sure it is 6000 coins for the Nike gift card? Mine said 10k.. and my rewards hasn't change yet. Others people are 12500 coins for $5. If I took 3000 coins then contact them for an answer.. that is not cool.
