I would like to know how I could check my blood pressure. I have never done it before and I feel like it's a good idea to check.
20.79 - Most drug stores or pharmacies at stores like Meijer, Walmart, Kroger, Costco (maybe?), Walgreens... have automatic machines to test your blood pressure. Make sure to sit with your legs uncrossed and the arm not in the machine resting on your lap.
You can go see a doctor or you can also just use a blood pressure monitor at home!
You can visit one of drug stores or pharmacies. And you can check it with your docror.
