Mine hits me the most after I eat. Doesn't matter what I eat, a salad or a big burrito I will end up in a food like coma where I can't keep my eyes open. I feel fatigued, my heart's racing and within 10 minutes all the sudden I feel better weird and scary as hell.

High bp can lead to symptoms like headaches, dizziness, and fatigue, which can affect daily activities and overall well-being. To manage blood pressure effectively, individuals should avoid high-sodium foods, limit alcohol intake, and reduce stress. Regular physical activity and a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and whole grains are essential for maintaining healthy blood pressure levels.

I have high blood pressure and outside of taking medication 2x a day (along with a pharmacy worth of other drugs), HBP doesn't affect my life in any substantial way. I avoid consuming excessive salt and practice yoga to help with stress.
