Please, please please! Someone help me! I've just come down with a head cold, my nose is driving me crazy I'm struggling to breathe and cannot sleep! It's come at the worst time too, I have started my monthly and I suffer quite bad with them. ALSO! My daughter starts school on Monday, we meet her teacher tomorrow morning. I'm struggling I have used a face dehumidifiers to try sweat out the lot, I've kept snuggled up, I'm so tired! I've taken cold & flu tablets. I usually do the honey and hot water trick too.

Can you get a saline nose spray? I find it really helps clear the sinuses and you can do it as often as you need to. It always helps me

Also try to take a steamy shower.
