I had a car accident which left me blind in my left eye and I get these pain like headaches which elevates my blood pressure. I have been to e.r. on times like these once they treated the pain and the blood pressure went down , other times they tried to treat the blood pressure and nothing happened

Yes, pain can temporary raise your blood pressure. However, if your blood pressure remains elevated for a long time, it can lead to high blood pressure. If you have chronic pain and your blood pressure remains high, it's important to monitor your health and seek medical advice if necessary.
