This happend also to me in another game, never received that coins, the support said that they can't do anything
I worked so hard to reach level 250 but never got the reward coins. I tried to email customer support twice but no reply. Any suggestions on what to do next?

Yeah, that's a major concensus with the exception of the lottery one. Don't know why they even bother having it.
