My account

My account is verified but it won't let me redeem anything, because it says that I need to verify my account but as soon as I put my phone number in then it says that my account is already verified. But it still won't let me redeem anything.

    After the update, did you have difficulty signing into the feeds section so signed in through the web? If so, this creates a new account... this happened to me a while back. 
    My only suggestion would be is to ask someone who doesn't use the app if you can use their number for verification purposes. Luckily I had a second number so I was able to use that

    Could be that a prior user had your phone number. They have a help link for this
