App to keep track of calories and food

Do you use any apps to keep track of calories and food you eat? Any recommendations?

 

I have heard about these:

- My Fitness Pal 

- My Net Diary

    21.63 - I use My Fitness Pal, free version. I have not heard of the other ones. I like Fitness Pal. It is time consuming at first but once you have the foods your regularly eat saved into the app, it doesn't take much time at all.

      21.64 - I have an Android phone that came preinstalled with a Samsung Health app. That also tracks food and calories, along with several other health metrics. I then downloaded the Google health app which tracks almost the identical things Samsung Health tracks. It comes down to a preference of UI.

    My son uses My Net Diary and it has worked well for him.   He eats 2000 calories a day and has lost over 40 lbs. in about 6 months.   He's very active.
