Why am I suspended?? I got suspended with no notice, no reason. And the support team won't respond to my emails. I used to enjoy this app but now I can't redeem my rewards

That's exactly how I found it I was suspended the first time,, and how I found out that I was still suspended when I tried again a year later 😭 this sucks :C
