I've used them 2-3 times before and never had that issue so I'm not sure what the problem would be. Have you tried on both Amazon.ca and .com? And both the app and website?
I have three Amazon codes that I redeemed and they don't work

Literally just redeemed an Amazon card. So either you aren't entering the codes correctly or you are a bot.

Have you seen an issue like this? I have reached 5000 coins and when I clicked the redeem button it told me to get 10,000 coins in order to get the 5$ gift card.

That happens to me also I've made 60.00 in Amazon but 3 codes didn't work and there's nobody to help u
