Why can't I redeem?

I have enough points to redeem for a gift card. This system says I need to be verified.  I input my cell number as requested and then I get a message back that that number has already been verified.

    You have 2 accounts and 1 needs to be closed out. Do send an email to Cashwalk team using the contact us from your settings. They will resolve it.
