To redeem, it says to verify my #, so I enter my phone number & it says number already verified but it doesn't allow me to redeem a gift card..?? I've redeemed several cards before so I don't know what the issue is now.

Hi. I had the same issue. The phone number was used by someone else that customer center asked me to send screenshot of that phone number is already verified. They solved problem within 3 days. You can contact them through the 'contact us' in app
