I’ve read elsewhere that after accumulating $50 in gift card rewards they make it so you earn one coin. I’m also experiencing the same and noticed this happened after I made more than $50 in gift cards.
The videos that give you extra coins- have only been giving me 1 coin only for about 5 months. Would love to know if this has a fix.
