Issue with Double Reward Not Received After Watching Ad

Dear Cashwalk Support Team,

 

I recently watched an in-app advertisement in order to receive the double reward as offered. However, after watching the full ad, I did not receive the promised double reward.

 

Could you please look into this issue and let me know why the reward was not applied? I would appreciate it if the missing reward could be granted or if this problem could be resolved to prevent it from happening again in the future.

    The cashwalk customer support does not monitor the feeds. You would have to email them. They do take awhile to respond, if at all. So if they don't respond within a few days I have personally found that leaving a 1 star review on the playstore outlining what is going on is the fastest way to receive support.
