Points disappeared

I had 14000 points and they just poof disappeared!!! I was cashing them out 3000 at a time but i was letting them build up for something bigger and now all i have is 1600??? I worked hard to get those it shows I earned them but I didnt get to get a reward for any of it... what can i do!
