Why it ask for more coins to redeem??

I use to redeem it for 2000 coins , they set the limit higher, 4000coins after I install for few weeks.and now it ask for 5000coins for $5 gift card.

But android system only ask for 2500 for $5 gift card.:(

I only can get 100coins everyday.
