Can someone help with redeeming cards please??

can someone explain how I can use my rewards cards after ive cashed in my coins for my steps ... I've got 3 cards in my rewards folder but can't figure out how to use them .

Click on the reward you want to use, verify the phone number associated with your account, then copy and paste the alphanumeric code in the gift card section on Amazon to redeem

I've done that and everything I click the redeem i get directed to a page for Amazon and it won't load ...I've tried all 3 Amazon gift cards and they all do the same thing...
Please help if you can .
