plsss fix my rewards...they won't let me claim my reward all of a sudden

same here,been over 2 wks trying to redeem but everytime I type my phone number, says codes been sent but no code,tried re-send wont work,tried re-install,still the same. It worked before for me.Then I had the same issue b4 as well.Thiss is the 2nd time it happened to me
