Woo hoo! Hotteok! The pre-mix flour can never surpass a handmade recipe, and it is so easy to make at home. I can never forget the Hotteok I tried on the streets of Korea. The old lady was making the batter from scratch right before our eyes, and the stuffing was heavenly and tasty. One of the best desserts and snacks!

Sorry for a late reply. I totally agree with what you wrote. The hotteok is so good but there's one thing we should be cautious. The melted black sugar inside is so hot for the first bite. That's the thing to remember to enjoy hotteok. :)
