  • 10 lunges each leg
  • 1 min squat pulses
  • 15 rainbows each leg
  • 1 min fire hydrant each leg
  • 1 min straight leg kick back (on all 4s)

      it's where you are on all 4s and you bring your bent knee to the side keeping a 90 degree angle

      Thanks for explaining! I lost 200lbs and need to tone! I'm walking on my loose skin, lol. It's not that bad but I could use some toning for sure!
