You just have to keep on emailing them. They really do takes forever.. just be persistent. It took me almost two months of emailing them several times a week to get my issue resolved.. sorry this is happening to you
I have submitted multiple tickets, have never received any help. Anyone have any tips if you didn't get rewards from games played. Or even better how to get admin to help you.
