Salt, pepper, oregano, oilve oil, some galic powder and so on.

Oh wow - I was thinking you were going to say a couple hours max for marinading.

But still the real fact is that marinade does not help the meat change its texture much. Scientists worked for it and only salt can penetrate into the meat but not much inside. I guess it is more important to keep the inner temperature hot and glaze butter well and rest the meat to be cooked enough inside within a certain time.
