Empanada

Empanada is a Filipino dish in Ilocos Norte,Philippines. Wrapped in an orange-colored rice flour(dough) that ia deep fried, consist of green papaya, monggo beans, egg and longganisa which make it special. Additionally,it can be eaten with ketchup and Ilocos Spicy Vinegar that blends in perfectly. EmpanadaEmpanada

    That sounds so good 😋. Mexican have a empanada too the dough is made of corn.i fill it with meat or cheese or potatoes and it also can be fill with with fruits or pumpkin or chocolate or nutella.we also fried it or bake it. It can be sweet or savory.
