Didn't get my gift card

I just used my points to get a gift card. They took my points but didn't give me the card. Has anyone else have this problem?

    Go to Rewards tab, then My Rewards tab and you should see a link that's attached to access it.

      I did that. My used ones are there but not the one I just got today.

    Wow, that isn't good. Someone else posted about choosing a Starbucks reward which showed up with a zero balance. Hope these glitches aren't a trend...
