I added gift card but it said it's 0 dollar balance.
I left an email to the customer centre
But not sure if they would answer me back this time not like before they didn't.

Yes I got the number to redeem the card and got the barcode number with security code of Starbucks. The card is shown in my Starbucks app but with zero dollar balance :(

That sucks. I don't know why it did that. Hopefully customer service will solve the problem.
