Palm Press at Home

The outside was raining heavy and I can do simple and eassily workout at home.

 

Palm press seems simple and easy, but it still needs to be combined with the correct position to have significant effects to avoid being easily injured.

 

Do it once every 2 to 3 days a week, 5 to 6 groups each time, 10 to 15 times in each group, resting for 30 seconds to 1 minute in between.
