Le ostriche...piatto succulento
We're lucky to be able to collect oysters right off our beach. We usually have them raw on the half-,shell or occasionally fried in Panko, but I did these very briefly on the bbq with an Asian-inspired sauce - they were delicious!

I can only eat raw or grilled oysters in a restaurant here and it is expensive! Enjoy your delicious oysters!

Those oysters do look delicious I've never eaten oysters I've only eaten clam and only in Clam chowder.
