The only home equipment that I use now are weights. As you age, it's good to keep weight training so you don't break bones as easy. Don't want ro be that person who falls and breaks a hip. I used to have a treadmill, but nothing beats running outside in the weather, norther what it is. Running in the rain is the best feeling.
