Hi, has anyone else had an issue redeeming points?? I've been trying to redeem for some time now and I keep getting errors. I have contacted support numerous times without any response other than I was out of the country when I'm trying to redeem which is not the case. I haven't been out of the country since 2019 and I didn't have this app then. Any information would be greatly appreciated!

I redeemed 2 days ago I believe. It looks like there are other users who also can't redeem so its probably that they are raising the required points again because that's typically what happens

It keeps asking me to verify and it's the same number on my account but I keep getting this error message. I've been trying for over a year now to redeem. No response in the past 6 months and I've sent dozens of emails.

I have had problems too but I noticed that when I try early in the mornings I usually don't have a problem
