Oh my goodness that's very steep! Tipping is a lot less onerous in the UK.
Went out for dinner to Currys last night for dinner. Very good. After getting home we realized that there was a $32 service fee. Had we known that, they wouldn't have gotten a 20% tip on top of that service fee
