St. Jacobs Market District

The St. Jacobs Market District, also known as the St. Jacobs Farmers Market is Canada's largest, year-round, farmer's market.

And it is truly enormous. There are several buildings as well as an enormous outdoor space all of which is chock full of vendors.

It's not just a farmer's market either (hence the name "Market District", there are artisans, food vendors, flea market type vendors, and even a cattle auction.

It's about two hours west of Toronto and well worth a visit. Juist beware that it can get very, very busy and parking can be difficult to find, so you're best off going during the week.

It was so easy to cross the border when I was younger.  Especially with the lower drinking age.

Yeah, crossing the border can be a pretty crappy experience sometimes these days.
