Hottest Day

Wednesday was the hottest day so far this year in my city. I was outside during this day and definitely felt it. I beat the heat with lots of inside breaks and good hydration. ๐Ÿ’ง ๐Ÿฅต

Heat stroke or even worse, heat exhaustion, are huge risks in these heated times!

Do you have a recommendation of how much? I usually drink 2L per day, regardless of heat.ย

I read an article before, it mentioned that we can base on our weight to calculate how much water should we drunk a day. The formula is your weight times 30ml, for example: if your weight is 60kg, then the daily water you drunk will be in 1.8L.

Oh really? I think the heat wave finally ended after what felt like three weeks of constantly trying to avoid it!
