Is Cashwalk a scam?

Repeatedly try to redeem for a simple $10 reward for Sephora but it is a failure each time.

 

It requires verification, when I verify it says phone already verified... and nothing happens... no one to complain to?

 

Any tips?

    I've been paid successfully many times, but had a problem last month. Reached out to CW and they found the problem and rectified it that day.

    So to follow up on this, I have been unable to submit points for a reward for close to two years now, and my points are simply disappearing… If somebody from customer service would care to assist or comment I would appreciate that
