Got a 4% raise in June. Biggest I've ever had since working here 6years. Still doesn't cover the cost of inflation!
When was your salary increase? I feel everything is expensive.

#9 Our labor union made a deal that we get about 5% more recently. But the inflation was 8% in one year and about 3 to 5 in the next year.

We receive cost of living increases twice a year and then merit increase annually (if there is room in the payband). Definitely doesn't come close to covering inflation rising.
