Oh .... I've never seen that before. 
Might need to reach out to support.  Or try accessing the website instead of the app.

I googled what an emulator is.   Looks like this app is detecting an emulator on your phone and won't run right with it.

I cannot say perfectly but it seems like you have an app which cashwalk blocks it. It can be a game emulator, but also some apps which your location or some info is tracked.
