I'm trying to redeem my points for rewards for the 100th time, just kidding I don't know how many times but I've redeemed numerous times. But all of a sudden I want to redeem again and I have over 4,200 points but it's showing me unexpected error (code 212)
Anyone out there have an idea (๐ก) why this is happening and I've tried to reach out through email but still no response.

I am having the same issue. I have over 58000 coins and have tried redeeming them but can't. I've already lost over 30000 for expired points due to system issues. I am no longer satisfied with this application and will be deleting it.
