Extremely Fed Up

I'm not very pleased with the app and how customer service is telling me I'm trying to verify my account with a landline number. I've contacted them numerous times and they keep giving me the run around saying I'm using a landline to verify. I sent screenshots of my number in my phone settings and still they are saying the same. I redeemed points back in December using the same exact phone number so what's going on? Anyone else with a similar issue?
