I can’t redeem my rewards

    Also having the same problem. I emailed customer support and they said we have to contact our telecom company to unblock certain phone numbers. I think it’s a cyber security block. I’m experiencing this on both Rogers and Fido. 
    
    Hey Cashwalk, you can avoid this problem by allowing codes to be sent via Email or in-app even. Please add multiple ways to receive MFA codes!
