Anyone else keep losing points?

I earn coins then randomly at least twice a day my points go down. Has this happened to anyone else? It's frustrating and seems sketchy.

      Not expired. I click to collect the coins the total said 19221 then it changed back to 19216. It’s happened a few times now.

      Has to do with your reception probably, I had collected 50 something chests the other day, few minutes later check my phone and the chests were back and showed I hadn't collected them, did it again making sure I had cell bars and it was fine, I also live in the country cell recpt sucks out here and wifi isn't any better..
