My reward gift card didn’t show up after I redeemed my 4000 points

Hi everyone, please help!!!

I redeemed 4000points for a $5 Walmart gift card yesterday but didn’t get the gift card link at all? My points disappeared! What should I do now? Please help! This is my 7th gift cards, never had error before. 

Please tell me where to find my gift card, thanks!
