Why can’t I redeem $5?

Really shameful, they force us to get to 8000 points, or maybe even 12000 points, to unlock the $5 card ? Doesn’t make sense.

Well when I brought the 5$ gift card, af they that there was only the 10$ or 15$ gift card I can redeem!
