Why can’t I redeem my balance points of 5000 coins?

The number of coins to redeem a $5.00 gift card was increased from 4000 to 5000 coins a few months ago, which was such a disappoinrmenr.

But I persevered and have reached 5000 coins, but I am unable to redeem a $5.00 value gift card. All the $5.00 gift card cannot be unlocked. What is the issue here?

I am a senior that can only walk so many steps in a day, it is not fair to compare us with the 30-50 year olds in terms of walkability.
