My account got suspended, why?

I've used this app for about a year, redeemed once. Tried to redeem again on this Monday but it shows my account is suspended... ?? No idea why?? I've tried email and report 3 times. Nobody reply, what should I do???

    Did you try doing any hacks or glitches. A reason why can also be u abusing some of there systems like the game portion of that all to get free coins.

      Nope, I didn't try any hacks or glitches:(. And it's still counting steps, just cant redeem

    I got replied and said because I have multiple account that's why I got suspended...
    Jesus, I only have this account !!! Why you guys doing this?!?!
