Same her, I wear an Apple Watch and my steps are well over 10K and says 400 on the app
Frequently error maybe just discontinue using this.
My counts according to samsung health is aounr 5k today. Has step counted for 15. Huge difference.
They never even bother to fix or give my coins back.
