Do you only walk or run when the weather cooperates?
I will run in any weather, no matter how hot or cold, rain, snow, etc. The only thing I don't mess with is lightning and ice.
I dress appropriately and carry water if needed, and might shorten my workout based on conditions, but I don't let it stop me completely. My favorite runs are in light rain on a hot day.
