Unable to collect rewards

I have made it to 5K rewards and I am unable to cash out brlecause my VPN is on. I turned my VPN off and reopened the app and I am still getting the same message. 

Are you able to send my reward via email if the app is not allowing me to cash out. 

Please see attached screenshot, and advice on how to proceed.
