Salsa Chicken

Here's my go to recipe for salsa chicken in the crockpot. I usually cook some rice and put the salsa chicken over it. My family loves it. 

  • 3 chicken breasts

  • 1 package of taco seasoning 

  • 1 (15.5 ounce) jar salsa

    Cook on Low until chicken breasts are very tender, 6 to 8 hours. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C). Shred chicken with 2 forks. 

    Serve on a bed or rice or if you're like my husband he'll put it in done soft taco shells or wraps.
